On Monday, March 8th, Patricia Yeo, who’s in the process of opening Naga, her New York dining lounge, will be joining chef Rene Michelena to launch Saint’s 2004 Turn The Tables Celebrity Chef Series. The evening gets underway at 7:00pm with a cocktail reception, after which chefs Michael Burgess of the Nightingale, Mantra’s Ernie Quinones and Nick Speros of 197 East Main in Gloucester will join Michelena and Yeo in preparing a multi-course lounge dining interpretation menu.
