Tuesday Wine Dinner at Forage

APICHART VONGPAKAYMAS/SHUTTERSTOCK

Skip the tricks and treat yourself to dinner at Forage this Halloween. Helmed by wine guru Stan Hilbert and chef Eric Cooper, the Cambridge spot will be taking guests on a guided tour through some of their favorite chenin blancs on Tuesday, October 31st, highlighting bottles from both Australia and France (so you can do a little new world/old world comparison) paired with a four-course prix fixe.

Dinner (scope out the menu below) costs $105 per person and you can grab a reservation here for indoors or outdoors, or order everything to go here for $160 (serves two people). If you fall in love with any of the wines you taste at dinner you can take anything home by the bottle at retail prices. Give them a call at 617.576.5444 if you have any Qs, and stop by Hilbert’s new wine shop in Dedham for more Forage-esque wines for your home cellar.
