Trimbach Dinner at Tosca

Fans of Trimbach take note: chef Kevin Long will be hosting vintner Jean Trimbach for dinner in the Wine Room at Tosca on Thursday, September 25th. Pouring varietals from his prestigious Alsatian estate, Trimbach will be talking about the wines and the history of his family, who have been producing exceptional wines for twelve generations. Long, for his part, gets creative with his pairings, serving a deconstructed charcuterie plate and lobster schnitzel with lemon, capers, remoulade and spaetzle.
