It’s an evening of effervescence in Inman Square at Puritan & Company’s Totally Fried Fizz Fest on Thursday, March 15th. Putting the theory that sparkling wines pair wonderfully with all things fried (from both the sweet and the savory sides of the menu) to the test, chef Will Gilson is hosting (not for the first time – this is part deux) an industry-style, walk-around tasting of literally dozens of varietals, from funky reds to Grand Cru Grower Champagne alongside crispy, crunchy, fresh-from-the-fryer goodies.
