Tosca’s Salute to Au Bon Climat Winery

On Monday, September 28th head for the South Shore for supper – chef Kevin Long will be working his culinary magic in the kitchen at Tosca, creating a six-course supper to accompany the wines of Au Bon Climat Winery. Jim Clendenen, winemaker at the Santa Barbara-based winery, will be on hand to see that his award-winning libations receive a proper introduction.
