You can catch up with James Beard Award-winning Best Chef: Northeast 2019 Tony Messina at the ceviche bar at Pescador on Thursday, June 22nd. The one-time Executive Chef at Uni – Messina left the renowned Back Bay sushi spot in May of 2021 – will be popping in and slicing up a multi-course menu of crudo, ceviche, and more as part of the coastal grill’s Ceviche Bar Takeover series. Dinner, from 6:00 to 8:00pm, costs $95 per person with an optional beverage pairing, which will surely include some sips from their impressive menu of mezcals.
