Toast to World Ocean Day

Raise a glass in honor of World Ocean Day at PAGU’s next Roundtable supper on Thursday, June 8th. The evening, which starts at 5:30pm, will feature a five-course meal from chef-owner Tracy Chang and four other regional chefs including Will Gilson of Puritan & Co., The Lexington, Cafe Beatrice and Geppetto, Ilma Lopez of Chaval and Ugly DucklingTae Strain of Ggoma Supper Club and Deborah Hansen of Taberna de Haro. You can buy a ticket online here for $99 (or for $145 if you want to spring for the optional beverage pairing). 

A portion of ticket sales will go towards charitable partners, and the meal will be prepared with sustainable seafood from Wulf’s Fish, Green Crab Org, American Unagi, Atlantic Seafarms and more. It’ll be an eventful night exploring the themes at the crossroads of sustainability, climate-adaptive technologies and our oceans, so make sure to reserve your spot and follow PAGU on IG to stay up to date on their future Roundtable events.
