On Wednesday, February 11th, for the February installment of the popular Harvest Review dinner series, chef Eric Brennan and pastry chef Molly Hanson will walk guests through an extraordinary All Things Chocolate menu. Via dishes like sautéed LaBelle Farm duck foie gras with bitter chocolate sauce and tart Michigan cherries; and Mexican chicken mole chef Eric Brennan illustrates the versatility of chocolate. For her part, Hanson will create dishes like chocolate cake parcel with vanilla bean caramel and cocoa nibs; and assorted Valrhona truffles and chocolates.
