A Taste of Southern Italy in Southborough

Spring might be having a hard time getting into gear, give it a little push with a wine dinner at Tomasso Trattoria that’s straight from the sunny hillsides of Campania, Puglia and Sicily. On Thursday, May 8th, consulting executive chef Bill Bradley teams up with George Schwartz of Kimera Importsfor a five-course dinner that’s about as authentic as it gets. Dishes like handmade orecchiette with porcini mushrooms and octopus meatballs with chickpeas and dill emulsion will satisfy even the most devoted fans of Italian cuisine.
