Taste of the South End 2010

Chefs from some of the South End’s top restaurants will be descending upon the Cyclorama at the Boston Center for the Arts on Tuesday, March 9th for this year’s Taste of the South End. Plan your strategy and be ready when they throw open the doors – you’ve got samples from more than forty five restaurants to try and only two and a half hours, from 7:00-9:30pm, to get it done. Some of the can’t-miss restaurants include 33 Restaurant, Aquitaine, Avila, B&G Oysters, The Butcher Shop, Coppa, Franklin Café, Gaslight, Hamersley’s Bistro, Masa, Metropolis Café, Mistral, Rocca, Sibling Rivalry, Toro, Tremont 647, Turner Fisheries and Union. Proceeds from each $95 ticket benefit the AIDS Action Committee of Massachusetts, so you’ll be doing a good deed even as you’re being well fed. If you’d like to spring for the VIP treatment, which includes early admittance to the Chef’s Reception, access to the VIP lounge and entrance to the after party at The Beehive, tickets cost $150 each. Show your support and purchase a pair, VIP or otherwise, through the Taste of the South End website or by calling 617.437.6200.
