You can make the most of striped bass season (without baiting a hook or spending a rainy day out on the water) at 80 Thoreau, where they’re featuring the super-seasonal (and closely monitored) local catch in a special prix fixe from chef Scott Ryan. Book a table between 5:00 and 8:30pm and make for Concord before Saturday, July 22nd to enjoy the East Coast’s favorite fish in dishes like ceviche and bouillabaisse, or simply seared with beans, summer veggies and salmoriglio.
