For the Fourth of July at Sage it’s business as usual plus brunch. Chef-owner Anthony Susi will be up early prepping French toast, all sorts of eggs, breakfast pizzas and a whole mess of breakfast-meets-lunch deliciousness for Saturday brunch-goers. Swing by between 10:00am and 3:00pm to get the holiday off to a tasty start.
