St. Patrick’s Day Celebration at the Sherborn Inn

Chef Robert Fathman rolls out the green carpet for St. Patrick’s Day at The Sherborn Inn with a whole menu of a la carte specials in honor of the Green Isle. Fathman goes above and beyond the basics with dishes of Cashel blue cheese fondue with brown bread dipping sauce and sautéed trout with mushrooms, almonds, smashed red skins and lemon sauce. Traditionalists needn’t worry, the menu also has an Irish potato soup, and corned beef and cabbage with braised veggies and spuds. You won’t find any green beer but the Sherborn Inn bartenders are working on a few inspired cocktails including The Emerald Isle and The Nutty Irishman. Book a table anytime 6:00 and 9:00pm on Tuesday, March 17th to toast St. Patrick.
