Emanuela Stucchi Prinetti Pops Up

The pros at SRV — Co-Executive Chefs Michael Lombardi and Kevin O’Donnell — want to teach you the art of pasta making and then treat you to a five-course dinner on Wednesday, March 13th. The duo will be joined by a bad-ass female winemaker, Emanuela Stucchi Prinetti, the first female president of the pioneering Italian estate, Consorzio Chianti Classico. Beginning at 5:30pm, you’ll get your hands floured in SRV’s private dining room as you make your own noodles under the guidance of the experts. After, unwind in the spot’s bacaro with cicchetti and a spritz from 7:00 to 7:30pm. The intimate affair is limited to just 14 people, but an additional 15 spots will be available at the dinner following the class. Enjoy a five-course tasting menu with three pasta dishes and wine pairings at each course. The pasta class and dinner together costs $200 per person (not including tax & gratuity); dinner only is $125 per person (not including tax & gratuity). Make your reservation by calling 617.536.9500 or book online.
