Before you hit the streets of JP begging for candy (presumably you’ll have costumed little ones in tow…but maybe not – we don’t judge) head to Bella Luna’s Halloween Spooktacular Children’s Carnival. On Thursday, October 31st from 4:30-6:30pm there’ll be a pizza buffet (to lay a base for all the sweets to come) as games and kid-friendly activities (to work off some of that excess energy before the inevitable sugar high).
