Spoke Hosts Gaaeng Dinner Series

You can travel through the major regions of Thailand at Spoke during their upcoming dinner series. The team at the Davis Square wine bar has paired up with Gaaeng, a Thai supper club, for four evenings of tastings to Boston. The first dinner, scheduled for Tuesday, March 12th at 8:15pm, will explore the flavors of Lanna including fresh local herbs, dried spices and fermented or preserved ingredients. The menu features dishes like grilled paddy field crab fat in crab shell with uni and crispy crab legs, pomelo salad with fermented crab paste, taro stem, betel leaves and sun dried fish, and Lanna style ‘Laab’ of bison tenderloin and offal. Tickets are $100 each and you can pay an additional $45 to enjoy a special cocktail selection, which will also be available a la carte. You can purchase your tickets here for bar or regular seating and keep an eye on their Insta for the next supper club dinner.
