On Thursday, October 29th, Sorellina features the wine of Travaglini Gattinara in a five-course wine dinner. Owner and vineyard manager Cinzia Tavaglini will be on hand to pair her product with courses like venison carpaccio with beet and apples or tagliatelle with white Alba truffle.
