‘Tis the season to break out sweaters and dresses with sparkles, and Forage has the perfect occasion for a glam up on Tuesday, December 19th with their annual Sparkling Wine Dinner. If you’re a big fan of bubbles you won’t want to miss this tasting that wine wizard Stan Hilbert has picked out, including 2022 Cremant de Savoie, Eugene Carrel and Marie-Courtin, Champagne “Resonance.” Check out the menu below for a peek at what chef Eric Cooper has in store, including some delightful cold-weather ingredients like Smoked Char and Miso Glazed Short Rib.

Snap up a space in the cozy Cambridge dining room here; dinner costs $110 per person to dine in. If you’re homebound with a mountain of presents to wrap you can also get your sparkling wine dinner to go this year, although be advised that the wine pairing will be simply a full bottle of Eugene Carrel Cremant de Savoie. Order your takeout here for $160, which is sharable for two people.
