33 Restaurant & Lounge in the Back Bay invites guests to join them on Wednesday, June 9th when they welcome Regina Mulready-Taylor from Martignetti Wines for a guided tour of the wines of Silvio Jermann. Chef Joshua Botsford has designed a five-course menu to accompany the wines. Expect dishes like melon consommé with ginger opal basil and cinnamon; tuna mango poisson cru coconut, sesame and lemon; roasted Casco Bay cod brandade, roasted tomatoes and salsa verde; spiced duck breast with celery root fondant and sour cherries; and assorted petit fours for dessert.
