Side Dish 101 with Greg Jordan

Edible South Shore’s ongoing event Elite Chefs continues on Wednesday, November 1st when The Quarry’s chef Greg Jordan takes attendees through the finer points of holiday side dishes. Learn to make incredible Brussels sprouts, cranberry sauce, and a wild-mushroom and sage bread pudding. He’ll even throw in a few tips for cooking the perfect juicy turkey.
