The Sapphire Restaurant group transfers their popular Saturday Wine Series to the other side of the river this month when wine director Mark Goldberger of blu at The Sports Club LA joins Rialto’s Tiffany Taylor for a casual afternoon wine class on Saturday, April 30th at Rialto. Join the duo for an afternoon exploring Alsatian wines in Everything You Ever Wanted to Know About Alsace, but Were Afraid to Ask. The class runs from 1:00-2:30pm and will give guests a chance to sample three glasses of wines paired with three small plates from chef Jody Adams. The class costs $45 per person.
