Rustic Kitchen Holiday Cooking Show

Rustic Kitchen gets traditional for the December and January installments of their weekly Cooking Show. Reserve your front row seat on an upcoming Friday to learn all sorts of secrets to making the easily-botched beef Wellington – that’s beef tenderloin with mushroom duxelle, wrapped in prosciutto and encased in puff pastry. This preparation, perfected by chef Tom Holloway, is accompanied by a Port Wine demi glace, roasted fingerling potatoes and seasonal root vegetables, and paired with the Lyeth Meritage from Sonomo County. Class, which starts at 7:00pm in Rustic Kitchen Park Plaza’s in-house demonstration kitchen, costs $75 per person. Call 781.575.1533 to have them save a spot for you.
