Wine and dine in Kendall Square at Catalyst with chef William Kovel and winemaker Bob Foley of Robert Foley Vineyards. The special wine dinner, on Tuesday, March 19th will feature a range of Robert Foley wines including his acclaimed cabernets and merlot, and a rare carbono paired with dishes like seared scallops, roasted dry-aged duck breast and raspberry meringue. The dinner starts at 6:30pm, but make sure to get there early for the reception with charcuterie & cheese (and of course, a glass or two of wine) at 6:00. You can reserve your spot here for $150 per person, which includes a five-course dinner with wine pairings to compliment each course, plus you’ll get to hear from Foley himself and learn all about these special wines from Napa Valley.
