On Saturday, September 30th, Irish eyes will be smiling at Catalyst in Cambridge for an exclusive Redbreast Irish Whiskey Class. Kicking off at 7:00pm with an Irish Whiskey cocktail from the bar, the evening will feature three varieties of Redbreast with an in-depth tasting and history lesson led by Alex Thibault (also formerly of Catalyst).
