Summer’s not officially over until September but the folks at Red Rock Bistro just can’t wait to throw their annual End of Summer Luau. Get out to Swampscott on Thursday, August 18th to soak up some spectacular water views, toss back a tropical cocktail or two and tuck into some special island cuisine from chef Joe Guarino (including the luau’s culinary guest of honor – a roast suckling pig).
