On Wednesday, January 25th enjoy the marvelously playful and voluptuous wines of Ravenswood Winery strategically paired with a four-course dinner from Julien chef de cuisine Mark Sapienza. Armed with a desire to create full bodied, lush and vibrant wines, vintners Joel Peterson and Reed Foster of Ravenswood Winery in Sonoma Valley have created one of California’s most beloved boutique wineries and some of America’s most respected wines.
