Radius Showcases Local Ingredients

Celebrate all that is fresh and local on Friday, October 23rd as Radius hosts a dinner devoted to the bounty of area farms. The folks from Verrill Farm and Eva’s Garden will bring barrels full of still-warm-from-the-sun produce while the team from Vermont Quality Meats will bring freshly butchered meats. While they share stories and answer questions about New England farm life, chef de cuisine Matthew Audette will transform the local bounty into a delicious multi-course meal. There’ll even be some home-grown goodies from Radius’s very own general manager/partner Esti Parsons. Kick things off with hors d’oeuvres and cocktails at 6:00pm and then settle around the locovore table for a 7:00pm dinner.
