On Thursday, May 3rd, Puritan & Co. is featuring one of the country’s hottest (and coolest) winemaking regions, taking you on a tour through Oregon’s vine country. Puritan has invited winemaker and author Chad Stock, an expert making low-intervention wine at Oregon’s Minimus, Omero, and Origin wineries, to guide you through this perfectly-paired wine dinner with delicious dishes prepared by Chef Will Gilson. You’ll dive deep into Oregon vino, going well beyond the standard pinot noir and learning what makes Oregon unique in the winemaking world. Tickets for this oenophile’s delight are $95 each, and seating is very limited, so get ‘em while they’re hot.
