La Brasa gives guests a taste of things to come on Thursday, November 12th. From 6:00-9:30pm, the East Somerville spot welcomes Sel de La Terre and L’Espalier alum Michael Bergin as he previews his new project Fat Hen, a 30-seat Italian restaurant to open in the former La Brasa Market space (adjacent to La Brasa’s dining room). Seatings are every half hour and dinner costs $55 per person—tickets available here. If you can’t make it, don’t worry: encores happen the second Thursday of every month leading up to the Fat Hen opening next spring.
