Garden at the Cellar chef Will Gilson and his eatboston cohort Aaron Cohen have set a date -and a place – for their next pop up restaurant. On Friday, Saturday and Sunday January 14th, 15th and 16th the twosome will be taking over at Bloc 11 Café in Union Square Somerville. The unique evening gets underway with hors d’oeuvres, so get there right at 7:00pm if you don’t want to miss a morsel. Gilson’s five-course dinner, priced at $60 per person (including tax and tip), will follow shortly after. Seats are scarce and will get filled quickly.
