Shorter days and dropping temps can be a bummer, but seasonal specialty ingredients like white truffles can offer a delicious cure for your wintry woes. On Tuesday, December 5th, brave the elements and head to Babbo Enoteca e Pizzeria for a four-course dinner with a particular focus on luxurious mushrooms. Chef Mario LaPosta will be pairing his plates with wines of the Piemonte region so you can sit down (right around 6:30pm) to courses like guanciale pizza with white truffles paired with Castello di Verduno Pelavarga, and braised rabbit and robiola with Luigi Pira Dolcetto D’alba.
