Hey shellfish fans, if you’ve always wanted to try your hand at opening oysters, join the peeps at Will Gilson‘s Puritan Oyster Bar for a fun and informative Oyster Shucking Class on Sunday, March 24th. From 3:30 to 5:00pm, Bekah Angoff from Wulf’s Fish will be guiding guests at the Inman Square oyster bar (adjacent to Puritan & Co.) through the process so you can get comfortable and get some practice – you’ll even get to enjoy some beverages and snacks while you learn. Tickets are $75 each (no prior experience required) which includes your very own Puritan Oyster Bar shucking knife, which you’ll get to take home.
