Portland, Oregon’s James Beard Award-winning chef Naomi Pomery comes East for a guest chef appearance at Tavern Road. On Monday, October 3rd, the chef-owner of Beast PDX alights in Boston with a slew of culinary delights. The collaborative dinner takes place from 7:00-10:00pm with a prix fixe menu featuring porcini-rubbed strip loin roast, caramelized apple crepes and other seasonal surprises inspired by Pomeroy’s very first cookbook, Taste & Technique. Tickets for the dinner are $85 each, including a copy of the tome, which guides readers through the particulars of standout home cooking.
