Nahita Welcomes Bodega Garzon

Nahita Facebook

On Monday, April 8th, award-winning Back Bay restaurant, Nahita, is taking a break from Napa Valley, Spanish and Italian wines to explore varietals from Wine Enthusiast’s 2018 New World Winery of the Year, Bodegas Garzon. Chef Efe Onoglu has created five courses to pair with the Uruguay-made vinos. Most tasting menus are created with the food in mind first followed by which wines will pair well with the already-decided-on dishes. Onoglu, however, has taken a different approach by creating his menu with the wines as the base and inspiration for the meal. Book a seat — they’re limited to just 25 spots — to try his culinary handiwork and get an intro to the world of South American sips. Tickets are $133 apiece plus a processing fee (gratuity is not included) — grab yours here.
