If you’ve been itching to break out the new fall fits, head to Rochambeau on Wednesday, October 4th for a fun Fall Wine Dinner featuring wines from Monte Xanic at 6:00pm. Chef Phil Lewis and the team have a five-course foliage-friendly menu that’ll be paired perfectly with bottles from the ultra premium winery that’s located in Francisco Zarco (Valle de Guadalupe), Mexico. Take a peek at the full menu below, which includes pairings like Foie Gras Torchon with Apple Salad, Shallot Gastrique, Toast Point paired with 2021 Monte Xanic, Chardonnay; and Filet Mignon with Aligot, Huitlacoche, Spinach, Red Wine Reduction paired with 2020 & 2017 Monte Xanic, ‘Ricardo’, Cabernet Blend.
