Chef Ming Tsai is making his way to Milk Street Cooking School, joining Christopher Kimball at his empire for an evening of conversation and cooking starting at 6:00pm. Food from Blue Dragon will follow in a reception-style shindig, plus a book signing will take place too. If you’re a big fan of Tsai, maybe you’ve already got a copy of his book — Simply Ming in Your Kitchen — bring it and he’ll be happy to sign the tome. If not, there’ll be plenty on site to purchase.
