Michter’s American Whiskey Dinner

On Friday, February 22nd, Clink at the Liberty Hotel wants to help you recover from Valentine’s Day with a boozy dinner featuring Michter’s American Whiskey. Executive Chef Daniel Kenney has prepared four elegant courses, starting with a Sockeye salmon salad and finishing with a bourbon caramel popcorn Baked Alaska, and each will pair perfectly with a different whiskey from Michter’s. The evening starts at 6:30pm with passed apps and a Manhattan at the Liberty Bar, then moves to the dining room where each whiskey will be introduced before you drink (don’t worry, it won’t take long). Tickets are $95 each; peep the deets and get ‘em here.
