On Sunday, June 6th, Chillingsworth in Brewster welcomes special guest chef Chris Prosperi of Metro Bis, an upscale bistro in Simsbury, Connecticut. The evening gets underway with a cocktail reception in the garden followed by a Bistro dinner with accompanying wines. Chef Prosperi has been featured on the <Food Network, in Sante Magazine and writes a weekly column for the Hartford Courant. His wife, Courtney Febbroriello, author of Wife of the Chef: The True Story of a Restaurant & Romance will be on hand to sign copies of her book.
