One on Sunday, May 14th for her Mother’s Day brunch. From 11:30am until

3:00pm, Lyon will be serving a buffet of traditional brunch items like eggs

benedict, waffles with fresh strawberries, made-to-order omelets and fluffy

scrambled eggs. For less breakfast-y fare she’ll also be offering roast prime

rib of beef au jus with creamy horseradish; tomato, mozzarella and basil salad;

and sesame soba noodle salad with seared ahi tuna. The Sweet Endings portion

of the buffet includes an assortment of petit fours, cakes, tarts, pies and

Fathman’s menu features items like Yukon gold potato pancake with smoked trout

salad, caviar oil and crème fraiche; crab cakes with poached eggs, potatoes

and spinach salad; and coffee and ancho rubbed skirt steak with pureed sweet

potatoes, garlicky greens, bacon, tobacco onions and diabolique voodoo sauce.

Brennan has got it covered, celebrating the holiday with both a brunch

and a dinner. The three-course prix fixe brunch, which is available from 10:30am

until 2:00pm, costs $26 per person not including tax or gratuity. Children under

the age of twelve can opt for a $15 two course prix fixe option. Brennan pulls

out all the stops, starting things off with complimentary house-made mini scones

and then offering courses like smooth Greek yogurt with granola and strawberry

rhubarb confiture; eggs Florentine – poached eggs with creamed spinach, Tuscan

ham and house-made brioche; and her signature toffee pudding. If you’d prefer

spring menu from 12:00 to 6:00pm. The menu, which costs $50 for adults and $18

for children under twelve, starts off chef Steve LaCount‘s mini tart

of lobster and scallop salad with mango, cilantro and lime, and then features

options like spring asparagus soup with fresh morels, truffled crème

fraîche and lemon oil; tarragon crusted wild Alaskan King salmon with

pommery mustard risotto, tarragon pesto, creamed asparagus and wild ramps; and

The Coach House at the Harbor View Hotel on Martha’s Vineyard hosts a

Mother’s Day Banquet on Sunday, May 14th. The buffet runs from 11:30am until

5:00pm and costs $35 per person. Chef Joshua Hollinger‘s menu includes

shrimp gazpacho; watercress and crab salad with strawberry vinaigrette; bacon

wrapped pork loin with mushroom ragout; and assortment of fudge brownies and

Vermont rabbit, baby arugula, roasted tomato, kalamata olives; lobster eggs

benedict with avocado and brown butter Maltese sauce; and roasted leg of lamb

with roasted fennel, eggplant, Portobello and peppers and herbed pesto. In the

dessert department, O’Connell offers a chocolate coconut soufflé cake
