Maison Robert: Classic Cuisine Pairings

Maison Robert, known for its traditional French cuisine with contemporary touches, opens its kitchen doors to the public, offering a real behind-the-scenes tour of the comings and goings of a first class kitchen. Chef Ken Duckworth will be on hand to demonstrate some of his personal favorites, including smoked salmon and asparagus terrine and bouillabaisse. Save room for peach-filled crepes, flamed in brandy. Each course will be paired with a carefully selected French wine. The class will be held on Saturday, August 23rd from 11:00am-1:00pm at Maison Robert.
