You can enjoy the festival of lights all month long at Noir’s Maccabee Pop-Up Bar from Naomi Levy. Noir is dressed for the season with festive decor and lots of unique cocktails on tap for the holiday. The Hanukkah-themed experience includes some new beverages this year in addition to familiar faves like the Latke Sour with apple brandy, potato, lemon, Havana & Hide bitters, and the Ocho Kandelikas with olive oil gin, honey, apricot, almond and lemon. There will also be a la carte snacks including latkes, of course, as well as jelly donuts from Kate Holowchik‘s Lionheart Confections. You can stop by to join in on the fun on Mondays and Tuesdays from 4:00pm-12:00am and Wednesday through Saturday from 4:00pm to 1:00am through the end of December — check Noir’s Instagram for updates on hours.
