Look Towards Ward’s Cooking Class at Coriander

With Ward’s Berry Farm just down the street from his Sharon bistro, Coriander chef-owner Kevin Crawley uses his upcoming cooking tutorial as a reminder to take advantage of the bounty of local produce. Reserve your spot for the in-kitchen cooking class, scheduled for Monday, August 18th and learn how to make Mirai corn chowder with lobster, crisped bacon and three kinds of home grown potato chips; and striped bass with farm-fresh heirloom tomatoes in a classic Nicoise preparation. For dessert: white chocolate shortcakes with Grand Marnier sabayon and the freshest, seasonal berries available. Crawley’s cooking tutorials, which run from 7:00-9:00pm, cost $60 per person (payable by cash or check), which covers food, wine, tax and service. To reserve your spot, call Coriander at 781.784.5450.
