Lolonis Winery Dinner at Tosca

On Monday, May 23rd, chef Kevin Long welcomes back Maureen Lolonis, proprietor of Redwood Valley’s Lolonis Winery, for another exceptional wine dinner at Tosca. The five course meal, which starts at 7:00pm, features dishes like barely marinated tuna with light citrus and crème fraiche; hand formed orecchiette with wild ramps and Roman pangrattato; charcoaled squab with confit leg, cumin and fresh plums; and Hereford sirloin with caramelized cipollini, blue cheese gnocchi and asparagus ‘pastella.’ For the moment, dessert is still under wraps.
