Lobster Roll Flight at Oak Long Bar

OAK Long Bar + Kitchen

What’s better than a lobster roll? Three lobster rolls! In honor of National Lobster Day on Monday, September 25th, Back Bay’s Oak Long Bar + Kitchen is offering a flight of mini lobster rolls with a trio of different takes on the classic courtesy of chef Zaid Khan. Available from Saturday, September 23rd through Monday, September 25th, the versions including OAK’s Signature with roasted lemon aioli and chives, the Original with champagne vinaigrette and tarragon aioli, and the Corndog Lobster Roll with chorizo aioli, tobiko and chervil.

All the lobster is locally-sourced from Maine by way of Boston’s Foley Fish and the Oak Long Bar team is using the holiday to support a good cause. For every lobster roll flight sold, $3 will be donated to Green Crab Org, a MA-based organization that’s educating communities about (and developing a culinary market for) green crabs, an invasive species that’s wreaking havoc in delicate ocean ecosystems. Book a reservation for brunch, lunch or dinner and indulge in three different lobster rolls while donating to a good cause.
