JK Food Group Executive Chef Darrell Boles channels his Southern roots and his fondness for Waffle House onto a special, one-day-only brunch menu at Little Donkey on Sunday, January 28th. Go on and book a table (they’re open from 10:30am-2:30pm) to tuck into classics from the iconic restaurant chain – patty melts, hash browns smothered and covered, and the All Star Special, which traditionally includes eggs with toast and jelly, your choice of grits, hashbrowns or sliced tomatoes, a waffle, and your choice of bacon, sausage or ham.
