LifeSavor: Citywide Dinners Hosted by Boston’s Best Chefs

Boston’s LifeSavor marks its 11th year on Thursday, April 3rd. A unique fundraising event, LifeSavor brings local and national celebrities to tables of ten in Boston’s top restaurants to mingle with admirers over dinner. The evening begins at 5:30pm at Le Meridien Hotel with cocktails and a silent auction. Sip cocktails and bid on unusual travel adventures and luxurious gift packages until 7:30pm or so, then climb aboard trolleys to be spirited away to one of 80 area restaurants for dinner with Joyce Kulhawik, Robin Cook, Matt Seigel, Janet Wu or chef Mario Batali of New Yorks’ Babbo and the Food Network (among others). Tickets for the evening cost $250 per person for the whole evening or $150 for just the cocktail party. More than 95 cents of each dollar raised will help Community Servings continue to provide hot, free, nutritionally tailored meals to men women and children infected with AIDS.
