L’Espalier is popping bottles for an ultra-luxe supper on Wednesday, October 5th. For the elegant affair, Lanson Champagne will flow alongside chef Frank McClelland’s menu of decadent delicacies. Oysters, foie gras, truffles and veal roast are just a few of the prix fixe stars alongside glasses of sparkling from the centuries-old Champagne makers (founded in 1760). Lanson’s North American director Enguerrand Baijot will be at the restaurant with fizzy facts and Champagne House history. The six-course menu (outlined below) costs $160 per person and tables can be booked by calling 617.262.3023.
