Les Zygomates offers a taste of the Argentine with their upcoming multi-course wine dinner—on Wednesday, April 26th, they’ll be pouring from the Zuccardi Valle de Uco portfolio, pairing Malbec and more with a five-course prix fixe. Seared venison, shredded lamb tajine and more are on the menu (see below), starting with a sparkling wine reception at 7:00pm.
