On Friday, August 26th, head to Meritage for an elegant, effervescent evening featuring Lanson Champagne. For the bubbly event, chef Daniel Bruce and team will be offering a four-course menu of locally inspired plates, like pan-roasted red snapper and grilled lamb porterhouse. Each course will be paired with Champagne pours from the esteemed house, which was founded in 1760. The swanky affair starts at 7:00pm and reservations are available for $195 per person.
