Bread & Salt Hospitality’s dynamic culinary duo Josh Lewin and Katrina Jazayeri are closing one chapter, poised and ready to open the next. After a rewarding stint running their Spain-inspired pop-up, Gitana, at Somerville’s Cuisine en Locale they are bringing it to a close on Sunday, July 19th with Celebración Final, a big Flamenco farewell. For $25 you can enjoy a three-course prix fixe brunch while watching a real live flamenco dancers. You can also get tickets for the dancing portion for $8 but why deprive yourself of dishes like lobster roe paella, and chocolate cherry tart? Lewin and Jazayeri are planning to open Juliet this fall but you should get your fix while you can. Get tickets for La Celebración Final online here or drop by Gitana before Sunday for $1 oysters and $15 picnic lunches including one bocadillo and two sides (available for eat in or take out). Consult the Bread & Salt website for hours and directions.
